Visibility in AI assistants
First we measure what AI knows about your company today. Then we fix what stops it from recommending you.
What AI visibility actually is
It is the likelihood that an AI assistant names your company when someone describes the problem you solve. It is not a position in a list: the assistant gives one answer, and you are either in it or you are not.
A model does not recommend websites. It recommends facts it can find and verify in more than one place. So the work starts with facts: name, base, service area, services, people, and whether these agree across sources.
The longer explanation, with the three conditions for being cited and a test you can run yourself in a minute, is here: how to make ChatGPT recommend your company.
How we work
Measurement
We ask assistants what your client would ask and keep the answers verbatim.
Sources
We check where the model takes its data about you from, and where that data contradicts itself.
Correction
We put the company data in order and publish it in a form the model can read.
Control
We repeat the measurement weekly and tell you in one sentence whether anything moved.
What goes with this
Visibility starts with something the assistant can read: a website AI can read, and for online sales a store AI can buy from.
The second thing we run continuously is AI automation: automation handles the enquiry, which has to come from somewhere first. What it costs is on pricing. Everything: all services.
Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend me?
No, and be wary of anyone who promises it. Nobody controls a model's answer. What can be done is to give it coherent, verifiable facts about your company, which is exactly what most small companies are missing.
How long until something changes?
The visibility test takes 48 hours. Changes in assistant answers usually show up in weeks rather than days, because they depend on when the models read the sources again.
Does this work for a very small company?
It works especially well. A small company with tidy data is easier for a model to describe than a large one with contradictory information spread across twenty places.
What do I get every week?
A report every Monday. The measurement runs daily and automatically: we ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Google AI and Grok what your client would ask, and keep the answers with a date. The report shows what changed since the previous week and which sources the models drew on.
Do I need a website from you to start?
No, but without the foundation there is nothing to build the rest on. If your current site is readable for models, we start straight from sources and monitoring. The visibility test shows which of the two situations you are in, and it costs nothing.
