TERMS OF USE

This is a translation of the Polish document available at adplus.pl/regulamin. In case of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Polish version prevails.

1. General provisions

These Terms set out the rules for using the adplus.pl website and the conditions for contacting the Operator. The Operator of the website is Ad Plus Polska sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Pęcław (05-530 Góra Kalwaria), Pęcław 57A, Poland, KRS 0001227688, NIP (tax ID) 1231599629, REGON 544183686.

Use of the website is free of charge and voluntary. By using the website, you accept these Terms.

2. Definitions

• Operator - Ad Plus Polska sp. z o.o.;
• Website - the online service at adplus.pl;
• User - any person using the Website;
• Services - marketing and advisory services provided by the Operator under separate agreements.

3. Type and scope of services

The Website is informational in nature and presents the Operator's offer in the areas of marketing, advertising, visibility in search engines and AI models, and automation. The Website is not an online shop and does not allow a contract to be concluded or a purchase to be made online. The detailed scope, price and conditions of the Services are agreed individually in a separate agreement with the Operator.

To use the Website you need a device with internet access and a current browser with JavaScript enabled.

4. Contact form

Through the form, a User may send an enquiry. Submitting the form does not constitute the conclusion of a contract; it only initiates contact. The User provides truthful data and does not send unlawful content. The rules for processing data from the form are described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property rights

All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, layout, code) is protected by copyright and belongs to the Operator or is used under licence. Copying, distributing or using it without the Operator's consent is prohibited, except for permitted use arising from applicable law.

6. Liability

The Operator makes every effort to keep the content on the Website current and accurate; however, it is of a general informational nature and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, nor legal, tax or investment advice. The Operator is not liable for the consequences of decisions taken solely on the basis of information from the Website, nor for short technical interruptions in its operation.

7. Complaints

Comments and complaints regarding the operation of the Website may be submitted to kontakt@adplus.pl. We examine a complaint within 14 days and reply to the e-mail address given in the submission.

8. Final provisions

In matters not covered by these Terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of services by electronic means. The Operator may amend these Terms for important reasons; the current version applies from the date of its publication on the Website.
